In the period of economic transformation Zbigniew Grzelczyk participated in series of projects connected with restructuring and privatization of enterprises and also profitability studies like. Elpo, KFM, Forte, Ariadna, Chemiskór, Pollena Eva, Łódź Lublinek Airport, Strategia Rozwoju Regionu Łódzkiego) as well as was engaged in consultancy for consulting companies like ORTEX Consulting, Intexim.
Since 1996 a participant of innovative strategic and operational projects supporting retail and corporate banking development like: the Internet model in PBG Bank (1998 - first in Poland, the pioneer in the Internet banking), PKO BP (product offer development in retail and corporate areas, NetBank Web - prototype iPKO) and retail banking division in BRE BANK (retail brands of MultiBank, mBank and the financial agregator - Multiport) and mobile banking in FM BANK PBP SA.
During his professional career Zbigniew Grzelczyk gained skills of preparing and conducting business strategies, creating and supervising development projects in various channels of distribution ( the branch, Internet, contact centre), creating the image of enterprise, preparing and conducting advertising campaigns - ATL and the BTL. He is also experienced in optimizing solutions connected with internal communication in organization as well as in complex quality management.
In the financial sector Zbigniew Grzelczyk implemented the complex advisory projects connected with segmentation and management of Customers' wallet, Customer service standards and quality management service for such banking institution, as: PBG Bank, Pekao SA, PKO BP, BRE BANK oraz BRE Division (mBank, MultiBank, Aspiro), Goldenegg, DK Notus, Ergo Hestia, GERLING, BOŚ, AVIVA Group, Bank Pocztowy.
